My stay at the hotel was overall a mixed experience. Unfortunately, they were also in need of updating with creaking floors and a rocking toilet. On the plus side, the room included two full-size beds with partitioning. The service was wonderful, with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff; however, they were a bit too eager, knocking on the door the morning of our checkout. The location wasn't the most comfortable, but it was convenient for our Christmas party dinner reservation and close to various amenities. The dining experience was decent, offering good and fresh options but needing some improvements such as a squeaky floor in the dining area. The facilities were adequate. Overall, an okay stay with some ups and downs.
